These Terms of Use define the rules for using the NEOPADEL mobile application, available on iOS and Android devices.
The application is intended for booking padel courts and using services offered by partners.
The owner and service provider of the application is RPK GROUP sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Piaseczno, ul. Kineskopowa 1F, 05-500 Piaseczno, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000919584, NIP 123149972.
To use the application, users must have an active user account.
Users are required to provide accurate information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not share login data with third parties.
Users can book padel courts through the application.
Payments can be made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank cards, credit cards, and BLIK.
Service prices are set individually by the padel court operators, who are partners of the application.
Making a reservation is equivalent to entering into a service agreement with the respective partner.
Users receive booking confirmation in the app and via email (if an email address was provided).
Users may cancel their reservation according to the individual partner's policy.
In case of issues with reservations or payments, users may file a complaint via email: office@neopadel.eu
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
The administrator of users' personal data is RPK Group sp. z o.o.
Detailed information on data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
In matters not covered by these Terms of Use, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The application owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Use, which will be communicated to users in advance.
